Internal / External
A snag is a small defect or problem that remains in your property after building work has been completed. New Build Snags will go through your property room by room, front to back. Our service ensures any issues or defects are disclosed.
Re-Snagging
Resnagging is done after your builder has confirmed to yourself that the snags on the original list have been done.
Our survey will attend check the lot to see if it has been done to a good standard and the work is satisfactory.

Thermal Imaging
An infrared camera also known as a thermal imager, detects and measures the infrared energy of objects (inside and out) e.g. Heat leaks from gaps in insulation behind walls – fixing issues such as this can result in dramatic improvements in heating bills.
